关于公布《中 民共和国海关企业信用管理办法》的令
《中 民共和国海关企业信用管理办法》已于2018年1月29日经海关总署署务会议审议通过，自2018年5月1日起施行。2014年10月8日海关总署令第225号公布的《中 民共和国海关企业信用管理暂行办法》同时废止。

《海关总署关于修改部分规章的决定》已于2018年4月27日经海关总署署务会议审议通过，自2018年5月1日起施行。

关于发布海关行业标准的公告
根据《中 民共和国海关行业标准管理办法（试行）》（海关总署令第140号制定，第235号修改），海关总署对海关行业标准《乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物中乙酸乙烯酯含量快速分析方法热重法》进行了修订并公布施行（标准编号名称见公告附件）。

关于启动实施TIR公约试点有关事项的公告
为推动《 公路运输公约》（《TIR公约》）落地实施，提升进出口陆路运输货物通关效率，海关总署决定启动TIR运输试点。本公告对TIR运输作出明确定义，并对TIR试点工作中车辆资质、车辆资质认定单位、试点口岸、申报手续办理、验核加封、货物装卸、变更运输目的地、结关、查验、证件信息更变、超时过境、法律责任承担等事宜作出明确规定。

关于《中 民共和国海关企业信用管理办法》及相关配套制度实施有关事项的公告
《中 民共和国海关企业信用管理办法》（以下简称《信用办法》）已于2018年3月3日对外公布，自2018年5月1日起施行。自2018年5月1日起，《海关认证企业标准》（海关总署公告2014年第82号）作为《信用办法》配套执行文件继续有效。海关按照《信用办法》和《海关认证企业标准》对企业实施认证。

关于公布《中 民共和国海关企业信用管理办法》所涉及法律文书格式文本的公告
《中 民共和国海关企业信用管理办法》（海关总署令第237号）执行过程中涉及的法律文书格式文本公布，自2018年5月1日起施行。海关总署公告2014年第75号同时废止。
